Alberto here from Skylyte.Just got flagged on this thread. Happy to talk about what we do. I'd say we're Calm for teams and companies, but the better analogy is Noom for teams that want perform and address burnout and increase resilience.
Jeremy, this might be met by meeting a broader need that many companies have -- the need to hire people who are truly aligned with the organization's mission and who will relish their role as it supports the company's goals -- and who will fit into the corporate culture of the organization. These employees tend to be happier and more productive.

Agree 100%. We worked a lot on this at Wonolo, for example. If you can align your mission, culture, hiring process, and performance management processes, it can be very powerful.
Unfortunately, so many companies fail here. I've seen lots of "culture" initiatives fail because the stated objectives do not get reflected in how the company is actually run. In fact, the observed behavior is often completely at odds with the stated objectives.
@Brian Witlin and I have been discussing this recently too.
@Brett Hellman built http://matterapp.com in my portfolio which is growing very fast aligning mission and culture with weekly feedback from coworkers on who is best living the culture.
This post says it all! Although I am not a CEO/Manager to extinguish this idea or not in a real workplace, I can relate this idea to my own experience working at Platform. A workplace that is more focused on the well-being of employees should be at the core of all companies. Emotions play an important role in how productive you can really be. People who are surrounded by happy people are more likely to be happy themselves in the future. So if you are happy to go to work then I should be happy to go to work.
@Luciano Giannini Looks like the post is restricted (so I can't read it). Would love to see what it says, though! Any chance you could repost it here or something?

"I don’t care whether you come into the office at 8 am.
I don’t care if you choose to work from home or not.
I don’t care if you work from the garage while they fix your car.
I hired you for a job and I trust you to get it done. Just let me know what you need from me to be successful in your role. And I will show up for you.
Life happens!
You don’t need to justify to me why you need a day off.
You don’t need to explain how sick your child is to leave early.
You don’t need to apologize for having a personal life.
Yes, I care about results but I also care about you. We are all human and we are all adults. I lead people. I don’t run an adult day care center.

Met one of the Founders of Skylyte today https://www.skylyte.com/
@Carson Kelly - this is more directly what I had in mind when I originally came up with "Calm for Companies" as a moniker for this unmet need.

I think the more interesting part of the Range value proposition is essentially Calm for teams, https://www.range.co/for/strengthening-culture

Good find - thanks for sharing.

No problem! Their co-founder is an angel investor in my startup. They're a very thoughtful team (early GMail, medium, etc.)

Compassion as a business practice | Social Ventures | Social Impact Investing | Employee Wellness | CSR | DEI | B Corps @ Benevolently
I am not sure how this plays out specifically... Calm is available for companies...? Benevolently is doing this from an indirect angle...
CEO | Founder | Managing Partner @ Platform Venture Studio
Benevolently is definitely one solution under this umbrella.
I wonder if there are other solutions in the “mindfulness at work” and “team mindfulness” categories.

https://benevity.com/ is another, but even more powerful if your core mission is to do good vs using your spare time to do good.
