 Professional speaker and trainer from 1993-Present in the areas of multiple intelligence assessment, finding your gifts and strengths, interpersonal communication, teambuilding, leadership, personal resilience and employee management. Have spoken to hundreds of governmental, nonprofit and for-profit organizations and schools, and thousands of people throughout the United States, Canada, Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean.

 Interim Director of the Oakwood Christian Youth Leadership Academy in
Syracuse, Indiana, from 2000-2001.
 Executive Director and Spokesperson from 1986-1993 for the Fourth Freedom Forum, a 501(c) 3 private operating foundation in Goshen, Indiana.
