Youth-athletes have no streamlined way to access college athletes for private lessons, mentorship, or other means for relationship building.
College athletes, now able to monetize their name, image, and likeness, often have trouble finding work opportunities they are qualified for and/or fit into their schedule.
The NCAA passed a legislation change in July 2021 allowing student-athletes to monetize their name, image, and likeness, creating a new supply of college athletes as mentors and coaches.

Perhaps addressing only a sliver of what you suggested @Carolina Sculti , but establish a way to help youth foster self-care and health as they transition to college athletes (e.g. weight class expectations, sleep + routine patterns, financials of athletics 101, etc.)
