It is very difficult to source & hire short term experts.
One specific use case: Let's say I'm working on a G2M strategy for a sports company and I want 2-5 hours of consulting from someone with deep domain expertise to "pick their brain & refine my strategy"
...finding someone is very hard unless I know someone and the hiring process for this is a nightmare, especially for just 2-5 hours.

I have a G2M consultant we used for our marketplace, Laborjack. They are not marketplace specialists but are very sharp. Happy to intro if interested. They may be open to a 2-5 hr contract.

Fiverr, Upwork, & others is very dev / design heavy...not suited for knowledge hires
