Demand side problem: The way startups access expertise is broken. Founders rely on referrals, cold outreach, and months-long recruiting cycles — none of which are fast, structured, or built for early-stage realities.
Supply side problem:
Fractional operators don’t want to build their own infrastructure. Biz dev, scoping, contracting, billing, compliance, and chasing payments drain time they’d rather spend doing the actual work.
In Stage 3, people are building an MVP, driving initial user growth, rapidly iterating based on user feedback, and tracking unit economics and other KPIs.
