For every great moment, there's always an architect behind the scenes strategically and tactically connecting all pieces together to bring those moments to life and tailor memorable experiences that stand the test of time. Over the years, Bakajika Rufin Tshinanga has developed a passion and instinct to launch big ideas and crafting unique and innovative experiences that are impactful in our connected culture.

From introducing the second largest rideshare app in the world, Lyft, to Atlanta; to pairing global brand, AT&T, with our generation's biggest pop star Drake; or playing matchmaker between one of Atlanta's legendary rapper, Ludacris and Michael Jordan, as part of Ludaday Weekend, Mr. Tshinanga has been a critical player delivering on vision, strategy, and execution all from behind the curtain. If nothing else, being the architect is his sweet spot, and his work has been featured in Forbes Travel Guide, NY Times, LA Times, and The AJC.

Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo and growing up in three continents, Mr. Tshinanga made a name for himself in the music, tech, and entertainment scene of Atlanta, GA helping to shape the ambiance that has given the city recognition as the capital of "The Culture."

Much of his success in Atlanta can be traced back to his early college days at The University of Georgia, where Bakajika, a computer science major, realized he had a knack for cultivating unique experiences with a large following. His budding start as an architect's mind began with throwing legendary parties on campus, producing student concerts with headliners like Outkast and Lauryn Hill, and founding Georgia Daze, an overnight campus visitation program, eventually adopted as an official UGA organization. Georgia Daze has been accredited for the record increase in minority enrollment and for improving campus culture & diversity.

In 2019, Bakajika's discovery of new talents, Jasmine Janai and City Rominiecki, led him to shift focus from producing large concerts to developing artists. In less than a year, Bakajika's efforts landed City his first Billboard #1 record with Lil Wayne's Funeral album, and he negotiated City's publishing deal with Sony ATV.
