I'm Bridget Lohrius, Founder and CEO of SANDWINA, a career coaching platform for women built to close the gender gaps (pay and opportunity).
I am obsessed with closing the wage gap. So much so that I launched a company to tackle the issue and I spend every single day working to do just that.
We are actively coaching women in the workforce to help them get more money, more opportunity, more influence, and more fulfillment. We've enabled promotions, raises, and new jobs. It's thrilling, and it's closing the gap.

I think the question should really be: How do we make people care about issues that don't impact them directly but indirectly are very detrimental to them and to the whole?
