Investing in startups on equity crowdfunding sites holds significant potential for high returns, but lack of liquidity poses a considerable obstacle. These investment models force investors to wait years before seeing any material return on their investment. This lack of liquidity limits investors' ability to reallocate funds swiftly and hampers the growth of the startup ecosystem. There is a clear need for a platform that facilitates liquidity in startup investments, providing investors the flexibility they need.

Not sure about this idea, as an entrepreneur, I don't want my initial investors to be able to resell their shares to new investors. I want the new investors to fill out my subsequent rounds. To me it looks bad when my original investors want to sell off their shares. For this to be a marketplace, these offers to sell would be public, smh, no thanks. Having said that, I have arranged these types of sales on the sly, with everyone signing nondisclosures.
