I hate 2FA (2 factor authentication) on the phone. It's also not as secure as people think. Explaining 2FA to my 70+ years old mom's a nightmare! I like the hardware dongles but that's another thing to carry. Maybe if it's a little more useful, maybe. ..

I could also see rolling in a hardware password saver/ crypto wallet into this? I have seen a few products that address one or more of these issues. The obvious challenge is making it substantially a better experience than the phone/app and get people to carry another thing. Both are not easy. But lately I'm hitting that frustration threshold to the point where I want to seriously explore alternatives.
