For many non-tech workers, the idea of finding a tech job seems out of reach. Even if they can somehow learn some basic tech skills through bootcamp, often times, employers require relevant experience for an entry level tech job. Hence the conundrum of 'no experience no job, no job no experience'.
Forbes.com has reported that the US lost over 60m Million jobs due to digitization. Microsoft has forecasted 149 Million new tech jobs needed by 2025. Staggering statistics with dire economic impact if we don't solve it. We believe the solution needs to be around activating 'non-consumption' of tech employment for underserved demographics. At Harness, we solved the conundrum of 'no experience no job, no job no experience' with our Real Project Learning platform.
