We all interview, but we get very little education or training/practice in how to interview successfully.
You might be an excellent fit for the job but not get it due to a bad interview.
Interviews don't reflect who we truly are or our true capabilities to perform the job successfully.

I have learned that a good way to get jobs is to avoid applying for them in the first place. That approach and the associated techniques would make for good fodder for "agents" that coach candidates through the process.

Candidate focussed experiences as opposed to corporate hiring manager / headhunter solutions are a gap in the market.
