On a possibly related note, I think there is a sizable opportunity re: in-home care team coordination for those "aging in place".

While there are several offerings built around caregiver scheduling (e.g. WellSky, MatrixCare), I haven't seen any that are good at helping family members and other service providers stay on the same page re: prescription updates, medical events, scheduling/diet/health changes, etc.

Sorting out finances and bills and… it all amplifies the suffering when we lose a loved one. I’d pay $5k for a solution that would give me peace of mind that my loved ones would have less suffering when I die.

Sounds interesting but, as worded, sounds more like a solution than a problem.

What is the true unmet need here? ie what does no current solution do?
