B2B SaaS Idea:

A fully-automated prospecting program that researches job board sites ie indeed or / social networks ie linkedin, for keywords ie C++ development, profiles with specific titles from companies with a specific industry / revenue, uses an email finder. Usually this is done all manually. This tool eliminates a VA or lead generation person, and you can do it with RPA/ML.

There is no prospecting software like this currently, just email lists you can purchase, email finders and lead generation freelancers you can pay. There are also B2B databases such as ZoomInfo however they are very expensive, cannot segment on niche criteria and do not contain information for SMBs. The tool could be specifically used for service based, consumer products, B2B SaaS/software companies that sell to SMBS. I am thinking it could be a freemium offering - allowing for X amount of contacts searched before charging.

In my past role, I performed this manually as Chief of Staff at my private equity firm, as well as when I was Head of Growth in a B2B SaaS startup. At my level, I performed manual outreach and also manually checked salesforce if a specific company has been a customer in the past before outreaching which was tedious.

I also looked at contacts in salesforce, purposely seeking ones that are under X amount of licenses and manually emailing them with a personalized messaging asking them if they would like to buy more licenses at a reduced rate.

The tool could also be expanded and integrated into a CRM, where it could perform these routine tasks (checking for specific contacts/deleting duplicates, categorizing contacts with niche criteria for outreach etc.) The tool could perform actions on a wide variety of use cases dependent on the sales representatives needs. The tool could grow to be an all-encompassing tool for SDR's, that sell to SMBS - automating all research / outreach / growth tasks.
