This is so interesting!! On the Vice article, this is how they plan on helping "unionize" the workers: "...the Teamsters plan to focus on a series of pressure campaigns involving work stoppages, petitions, and other collective action to push Amazon to recognize a union and bargain over working conditions."

Is one man's "alliance ... to train workers for workplace rights" another man's pressure campaign? Interesting indeed.

Best part -- "Instead, the Teamsters are mobilizing their members at UPS and other companies to form alliances with community groups and help train Amazon workers to advocate for their workplace rights — an effort which has already been underway in Southern California’s Inland Empire, where Amazon is the largest employer, and other regions."
