Builder of Beautiful Things
I haven't read it but read peer reviews and it sounds like they're trying to give existing processes and frameworks a new twist, essentially the process we try promoting in-house, the UCD + Agile mashup. It's probably a really good intro book for anyone wanting to learn a bit about what user-centered designers and Scrum masters obsess over everyday.
