In my mind it is less about the education system and building new universities and more about re-inventing the human mind through a culture for the evolution of the human mind, albeit intelligent evolution as opposed to random. That said it is fundamentally a modern philosophical challenge to lay the foundations for the necessary logic of the modern mind and intellect. Tall order.
