Thanks Matthew. Good article on the product planning process. Critical to the process is defining the roadmap initiatives. What are the characteristics of a good initiative? Of course, they must align with the strategic objective. But what other characteristics define a good initiative? Timeline? Scope of investment? What are too many or too few?
