a) What are the criteria where people match that most often result in a signed lease.
b) What are the criteria where people do not match that most often result in not signing a lease.
We want to use this info to then guide some of our product, marketing, and messaging decisions.

Sorry one more comment... you need to treat it like a dating site.. or ... even like a college profile roommate site. It makes apartments and housing so much more affordable, but more importantly tenable, who doesn't want to meet the roommate of their life?

This is a fantastic idea.. it is the new airbnb... I have two brothers who could benefit from something like this largely. It is like the dating profile for cohabitation... who doesn't need that at some point in their life. From college students, to kids moving to the city for the first time to divorcees looking to find a great space that doesn't eclipse their former life.... I love this idea! I could talk about it forever!
