Is anyone involved in advertising at FB? Or does anyone know anyone?
We are running an ad which is completely legit, but it keeps getting taken down because they are confusing it for someone else. We'd like to have a conversation with a contact there so that we can permanently solve this issue.

Do you have any friends at an advertising agency that do a lot of advertising with FB? They probably have a FB account manager.
We'd once had a micro-crisis when a marketing staff member left the company and removed herself as administrator for our company FB page without assigning it to someone else first - so we were completely locked out of our own page (I cannot believe FB actually allows accounts to be permanently orphaned like this smh.)
Attempts at contacting anyone at FB were fruitless. We tried copyright claims, reaching out to the legal department, etc. Nothing worked.
We finally were able to get it solved when I talked a friend at a decent-sized advertising agency. She reached out to her FB account manager and was able to get the situation resolved. My friend is not with the agency any longer so I can't help you, but give this angle an try.
