The MOGL platform provides a marketplace for brands and fans to identify and connect with athlete creators and influencers while automatically disclosing the activity to university compliance. What you'll do
-Report directly to the CEO and operate as their right-hand-person in evaluating each area of the business’s performance against revenue targets and other KPIs
-Assist in strategy development and ensure effective execution both technically and operationally
-Drive and own the adoption and execution of OKRs across the organization, including the OKR review process and alignment with key company initiatives
-Build out and manage reporting mechanisms to effectively track company health and employee performance
