Description

Responsibilities
As the Director of Agency and Partnerships at GigEasy, your primary role will be cultivating and managing strategic relationships with agencies and other partner organizations to drive growth and enhance our service offerings. Key responsibilities include:

-Agency Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for agency partners, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for collaboration that benefit both parties.
-Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with agencies, industry associations, and other relevant organizations to expand GigEasy's reach and influence in the gig economy.
-Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.
-Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners that align with GigEasy's mission and objectives.
-Partnership Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators for partnerships, adapting strategies as necessary to maximize impact and ROI.
-Team Development: Lead and expand the agency and partnerships team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.

About You
The ideal candidate for the Director of Agency and Partnerships role will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Proven Experience: 10+ years experience in the Insurance and Wholesaling Industry with a focus on partnership development, agency relations, or business development, preferably within the gig economy or a related industry.

-Vast Network: You have a large network of Insurance Agents and Agencies.
-Startup Experience: Utilize your startup background to adeptly handle the dynamic challenges of a fast-paced environment. Your proven ability to adapt and contribute across various business areas will drive -innovation and agility, essential for supporting our growth and scaling efforts.
-Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with a proven track record of translating strategic business objectives into actionable plans.
-Exceptional Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, team members, and other stakeholders.
-Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a high-performing team.
-Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
-Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing start-up environment, able to pivot quickly as needed to meet evolving business needs.
-Passion for Innovation: A genuine interest in the gig economy and a passion for leveraging technology to solve real-world problems.
