City Manager

ops marketing

CoLife matches the massive demand for attainable housing to the 24 million and growing single-owner-occupied homes nationwide, addressing attainable housing, isolation, elder care, and a whole lot more.

In the last 50 years, home sizes in the USA have nearly doubled. Concurrently, we are building only half the number of homes that we were 50 years ago. While housing prices have skyrocketed, CoLife’s homeowners offer rent - on average 50-60% lower than fees to get your own place.

At the same time, isolation is now considered America’s most significant health risk. CoLife provides a valuable way to create a human connection.

Identifying the right FIRST City Manager is critical for the success of CoLife. You will be in a right-hand position, reporting to the Founder/CEO, Derek Snook, a serial entrepreneur who has voluntarily lived in a halfway house for the homeless for a year and drove a car from Mongolia to London (and wrote books about both).

CoLife has recently closed its pre-seed round and joined SF based venture studio (Platform Venture Studio) founded by an ex-Sequoia partner who has invested in six unicorns and one of the founders of one of those unicorns.
