Co-living Matching for Home Owners

We're looking for someone that can help us decipher and perhaps find funding sources in Biden's housing plan: https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2022/05/16/president-biden-announces-new-actions-to-ease-the-burden-of-housing-costs/
I noticed that when you open up the (https://eda.gov/about/investment-priorities/) investment priorities from the below paragraph, #5 and #6 are tech, entrepreneurship, and sustainability which I think we could fit.
"Including land use within the U.S. Economic Development Administration’s (EDA) investment priorities.EDA evaluates all project applications for its competitive grants to determine the extent to which they align with EDA’s investment priorities. EDA already includes transit-oriented and infill development within its “Environmentally-Sustainable Development” priority. Over the coming year and before its next round of grants, EDA will add language to its investment priorities to encourage economic development projects that enhance density in the vicinity of the development."
If anyone is a pro in this area w/ understanding/connections to gov/NGO funding for highly innovative solutions for housing like CoLife, I'd love to chat!
Your needs and entry point are better met at local levels. Look into areas that provide CRE Credits to lenders, and they help finance your endeavor.
I am advising a start-up that is similarly trying to work with HUD and administration to deliver solutions that allow folks who have been excluded from the housing market have access and once they are in a home increase equity through maintaining records along with recommendations. Let me know if you would like to connect.
