What you'll do
-Report directly to the CEO and operate as their right-hand-person in evaluating each area of the business’s performance against revenue targets and other KPIs
-Assist in strategy development and ensure effective execution both technically and operationally
-Drive and own the adoption and execution of OKRs across the organization, including the OKR review process and alignment with key company initiatives
-Build out and manage reporting mechanisms to effectively track company health and employee performance

-Effectively manage ambiguity and uncertainty
-Ability to think holistically and strategically about essential operational rhythms, communications, and programs
-Ability to solve complex business problems, think from first principles, and build scalable processes
-Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for critical corporate functions
-The model candidate is very technical, aggressive, and revenue-focused
-Ability to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously, professionally, and empathetically
