Mr. Blandford is the CEO of Tokio Marine Highland, Inc and leads their growth strategy. He also serves as Chairman of Wellen Capital Holdings. Previously, Mr. Blandford was a Managing Director of Frontenac and CCCC Growth Fund, two private equity firms focused in business services investing. Mr. Blandford graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame, began his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
