 Manage all procedures related to dynamic grant and proposal submission requirements of the US Federal government programs and large-scale enterprise RFPs; monitor and mitigate operational risks, as well as manage workflow.

 Federal Government Digital Asset Security Solution: leveraged a scalable cryptographic custody solution to direct offline transaction signing and decentralization of key creation to deliver key client an engineered cloud-based SaaS solution; enabled effective delivery of cryptocurrency management and disposal service. Slashed insurance costs by 2-5% ($20M/year), and reduced/curtailed internal/external security threats.
 Stealth Cloud SaaS Digital Asset Custody Startup: functioned as CISO and delivered an integrative cloud-based solution for smaller financial institutions using secure multi-party computation technology to provide their customers with enhanced digital asset custody service using a novel cryptographic custody solution. Successfully developed trust and security framework using the past framework of the International Organization for Standardization and the American Institute of CPAs, as well as Deloitte and PWCC partners.
 Strategy Consulting on Multi-channel Marketing Campaign for NFL and a Fortune 50 Company: supported the mission of NFT for a live interactive experience and hybrid marketing campaign by delivering scalable strategy services and cost-benefit analysis to determine effectiveness of planned blockchain solution.
 Decentralized Intermediary and Proxy for Insurance Coverage Resale: facilitated introduction of a proxy resale service to potential markets, as well as enabled enhanced access to a member-based mutual fund for smart contract coverage worth over $100M. Defined key roadmap and strategies to integrate self/re-insurance protocols within the mutual fund.
