From an intelligence officer in the U.S. Navy, to Harvard Business School, to private equity investor and fintech executive / board member, I’ve loved working alongside others to solve intractable problems. How? By building high-performance teams that draw out the best in each member of the team. By encouraging others to keep learning, keep growing, and never stop.
