I graduated from Spelman College in 2013 and have had a non-linear career since. The one common thread during my almost ten years in the workforce has been my dedication and focus on people. Be it in Healthcare, CPG, Finance, or Technology. I've focused on developing data-driven insights that support the development of a more equitable world. My lived experience and learning from the experiences of others have made me passionate about DE&I and created in me a stern belief that we can approach DE&I differently and in ways that move the needle and impact the world for the better.

I founded the Black Tech Resource Community in the hope to support systemically marginalized communities by aligning them to resources often unattainable to members of these communities. In addition, I aim to provide a talent pool to companies strongly invested in DE&I and needing help finding talent.
