Prior to starting Connectiv, my career spanned the public sector (one gubernatorial and two presidential administrations, including service in White House Staff, Office of Management & Budget, Department of Defense, and Office of the President-Elect), private sector (IT / Telecom, Healthcare / MedTech / BioTech, and Professional Services, including Program / Project Management and Real Estate Development) and non-profit sector (Industry Associations, Venture Accelerators, Chambers of Commerce, and Public-Policy Think Tanks) as well as politics and military service (U.S. Air Force at Air Force Academy, U.S. Air Force Reserve and U.S. Naval Reserve). In the public sector, my experience includes leading a 100+ person team executing multiple groundbreaking state government IT and business transformation P3 (public-private partnership) projects valued at $1B+. In the private sector, my experience includes leading teams starting-up a new software venture worldwide for IBM’s sole corporate headquarters business unit and launching a trailblazing Bluetooth-enabled medical device into the U.S. healthcare market.

A native of San Juan, Puerto Rico I have lived, traveled and conducted business in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. His education includes an Honors BA from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a mid-career MPA from the John F.
