I got my start in tech back in 2009 as a sales engineer at BigMachines - a configure-price-quote startup. I wrote super custom demos and flew around the US helping to sell to the enterprise. I eventually got the chance to remake our customer success team in the image of our SEs - very adoption focused and product expert.

Oracle bought BigMachines and I joined SteelBrick as employee #35 - the one-person CS team. I grew relationships with our customers, learned the product by also reprising my role as SE, and created/ran our base-wide renewal strategy. I got to grow the CSM team at SB through our acquisition by Salesforce.

In 2017 I joined G2 to own all CS. In that time we've gone from 3 CSMs and two implementations specialists, to a global team of ~75 with CSM teams in APAC and EMEA, and across three segments in North America. I've gotten to start a support team as well as a solutions consulting team here at G2. It's been a total blast to capitalize on these building opportunities.
