* Created over $3B in value, leading C-Suite roles across Sales and Marketing, Business Development to Chief Operating Officer – contributed to Marketo’s growth from <$1M in revenue to $300M.

* Led through two IPOs and four Acquisitions. Led through Marketos’s $1B+ IPO (2013); stayed through $1.8B acquisition by VISA, driving organizational values and culture.

* Scaled Marketo’s growth from <$1M in revenue to ~ $300M, driving global expansion and market penetration in Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, while taking small private company to 1500 employee public organization post IPO, tying value and culture, and hiring right talent to grow the business.

* Developed strategic partnerships and profitable sales relationships with Dentsu, Salesforce, Deloitte, AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmith, Oracle, Cisco, and US Department of Defense.

* Serve as Board Director at Kyndi, Inc, on the University of Notre Dame IDEA Center and Notre Dame California, and Advisor for Usertesting, Metadata, Survata, Mavely and many others. Advise on GTM, strategy, marketing automation, positioning, channels, product fit, and scaling for growth as well as various business issues.
