I'm an academic researcher interested in understanding the value of data for innovation and entrepreneurship. I'm especially interested in quantifying the value of geospatial / mapping data such as satellite imagery and street-mapping. I enjoy working with causal inference and quasi-experimental statistical models in "big" data applications. Apart from my research, I also teach topics in innovation and entrepreneurship.
