He has lived in India and the US leading teams across 20 countries and has hands-on functional expertise in Process Automation, ERP deployments, Global Cloud deployments like SuccessFactors, and Global Shared Services for 300,000 employees across 83 countries.

He has a track record of setting clear strategies and driving seamless execution and has built a board portfolio that leverages his global depth and breadth of industry and operating expertise in CPG and Industrial Product companies with functional expertise in domains such as CIO, CTO, Human Resources, Operations, BPR, Digital Innovation and Transformation.

Shakti was responsible for a P&L of approximately ~$1Billion for a CFO-led initiative leading the team to optimize the rising cost of Healthcare for the organization.

In his role in PepsiCo India as the CIO and Business Process Engineering Head for Southeast Asia, he re-engineered the processes across Finance, Materials Management, Supply Chain, and Production Planning for the first successful SAP implementation at PepsiCo.

He also served as a member of the Information Security Council for PepsiCo Data Privacy and Cyber Security Program for the last 5 years.

Acknowledged for his accomplishments, Mr. Jauhar has received numerous awards for his transformational work, including HRO Today’s 2014 Superstar, Outstanding 50 Asian American award in 2016 by the AABD, and SAP’s Klaus Tricia Award for Breakthrough Thinking, Simplicity and Boldness in 2017. In 2018, he was featured in the book Talent Wins by Ram Sharan covering his human resources digital transformation work.

Mr. Jauhar is a sought-after keynote speaker for Human Resources and Digital Transformation at many enterprise conferences. Mr. Jauhar sits on the board and is the compensation committee chair and a member of the Digital Transformation committee for the World Education Services organization and is seeking to add roles as member/chair of Remuneration /Compensation, Governance, Technology, Cyber Security committee.

He is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Mechanism Wellness, one of the first of its kind individual /corporate Digital Personalized Wellness initiatives rooted in Functional Medicine.
