Hello there and thanks for checking out my profile. I am a veteran Engineering Leader with 12+ years experience building teams and delivering world-class web and mobile experiences, that are simple and yet delightful, while delivering customer value and impact.

From a strategic point of view, I pioneer, develop and drive the architecture, and execution of long-term business site User-Interface needs. I work closely with the senior engineering leadership to define long-term site/software strategies and roadmaps, and to ensure high quality, accurate and timely delivery of high-level project objectives.

In recent times, some major initiatives I've undertaken include working closely with Technical leadership, Design, PM and Senior-level Engineers to drive adoption and deliver initiatives like:

- Providing overall technical direction on Frontend development and architecture
- Leading large multi-quarter efforts and multi-year vision with incremental deliverables
- Driving adoption of Micro-Frontend Architecture / Mono-repos and architecting Modular SPAs
- Building common UX design systems and UI Component libraries to ensure consistency and coherence across all products
- Driving strategy & process for platform-agnostic UI Rendering via Server-driven UI and Graphql
- Driving org-wide adoption of new UI frameworks and tooling
- Communicating, defending, and building consensus around current trends and best practices in front-end architecture and patterns, including performance, accessibility, security and usability
- Participating in recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding and development of diverse, high performing and creative engineering teams.
- Engaging and collaborating with key Product Management and Engineering stakeholders to execute vision across the product org.

I have worked with 90% of every current Front-end framework and library and I am able to drive deep technical conversations about trade-offs.

I am a big fan of TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Mono-repos and NodeJS. I've also worked extensively with Angular, Vanilla Javascript, React-Native and Ionic. Other technologies I've used are Babel, Webpack, databases including Mongo, Postgres, MySQL, etc. And testing with Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.
