My niche lies in working with startups, fostering innovation, and crafting user-centered experiences.

At my current role with Idea Couture, a Cognizant Company, I've had the privilege to conduct UX Audits and Comparative Analyses that drive data-backed design decisions. My responsibilities have also included leading Story Mapping exercises and developing system architecture diagrams to steer strategic directions. I've worked collaboratively on capacity planning, design sprints, and refining user stories, while also orchestrating cross-functional teams to bring prototypes to life and iterate designs. A significant part of my role involved spearheading A/B testing initiatives for print and video collateral, significantly enhancing user engagement. Additionally, I've had the opportunity to conduct on-site research, identify emerging trends, and brainstorm innovative solutions.

In my previous position as a Senior UX Designer at Cadient Group, another Cognizant Company, from 2018 to 2021, I took the lead in stakeholder interviews, journey map creation, and the development of user-centric solutions. I provided art direction and detailed functional specifications to ensure design alignment and guided my UX team to deliver compelling web experiences that played a pivotal role in securing $5 million in business. Ensuring adherence to UX best practices, fostering collaboration across teams, and managing the strategic aspects of client engagements were also among my key responsibilities, contributing to overall project success.

My career journey began as a UX Designer at Synchronoss Technologies, where I translated insights into mobile app experiences using high-fidelity prototypes. I was actively involved in promoting discussions on UX processes and elevating user engagement strategies. My dedication to user research yielded valuable insights into user behaviors, further enhancing the quality of our designs.

In terms of my educational background, I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Multimedia from the University of the Arts, where I refined my creative skills from 2007 to 2013. Additionally, I pursued Advanced Journey Mapping at NYU's Continuing Education program in 2015.

I've been honored to receive recognition for my contributions, including a Gold Stevie Award in 2021 for "Best Use of Technology in Sales and Customer Service," presented to Molina Healthcare.
