My name is Grace Connors and I am a sophomore at the University of Notre Dame. I am currently studying Computer Science and Peace Studies, and I have a particular interest in public policy and nonprofit work. At Notre Dame I'm active with Next Step Learning, the tour guide program, and the Notre Dame Scholar's Program. I have also served as a Teaching Assistant for Elements of Computing, and am currently involved with my hall council. In high school I was involved with GirlTech, a club I started with my sister to encourage women in STEM; our school newspaper, the HeartBeat; cross country and track; Sacred Heart Society, a program where students were matched with a Sacred Heart Sister; and our Prayer and Worship Committee. I love combining my passions, including faith, politics, service, and technology, and putting them into projects I am passionate about to create positive change in the world.
