Sometimes I want to share or trade work benefits with other employees, but as far as I know, this is not possible. For instance, an employee with more PTO days than they need can share some days with another employee who needs more days in the mountains. Or maybe trade PTO days for parental leave or professional development stipend. Wonder if this is something others have thought about or would like.
This is more like something that has remained the same forever and needs change, especially now that the work-life is changing with things like remote work
