There is a unmet need to help individuals find and leverage their match quality (intersection of skills & passion), especially for high school students who have to make crucial decisions about their careers.
Alternative education pathways are more important than ever as the ROI / trust in college declines and the college degree requirement continues to be dropped by major companies.

Not sure how to frame as a solution, but I believe the solution set will take the best personality and behavior profiles, and use the results to match against a more sophisticated way of describing the role or job needed to be filled. I *don’t* think the solution is just better matching through better profiles; I think is also a rethinking of what good fit means as well—and codifying that somehow
