Most sales teams rely heavily on prospecting to reach out to new potential customers; however, with the growth of data, it has become very difficult to stay relevant and capture the attention of a prospect. Although there are many tools available that allow for the automation of discovery, scheduling, and multi-channel contact, one still has to spend hours digging up information in order to prospect successfully. This tedious process can—and should—be both fun and automated.
Generative AI allows to not only automate the mundane tasks but bring next level of UX that makes extremely difficult and time heavy tasks easy and gamified.
