The need is lesser human involvement, better quality, standards, faster time to market, and everything done conversationally. A place where everything that can be expressed as human natural language, can be translated to into action.
This is a cross industry need that deals with customer or a massive infrastructure to support operations and constant need of redundant expertise. The idea is to go with a low code or no code approach and create a very versatile platform that adapts to conversations from business, operations user, and the end customer within guardrails and standards.
Be it infrastructure provisioning, access requests, servicing requests, security enablements, call center virtual agent, highly interactive front-ends, retail store experience, problem management, change management, vulnerability management, etc. Apply low code no code triggered by intents in the natural language translated to computer programs, SQL scripts, shell scripts, cloud formation stacks, Terraform, etc. This will eliminate the redundant high skilled workforce needs across industries. The idea is not FTE reduction but to make workforce agile to achieve more.
Because of virtualization everywhere and needs standardized solutions with optimal human engagement needs. As the in person formal conversations are getting lesser and lesser, there is an opportunity to monetize conversations through virtual expert systems across enterprise.

It's not clear to me that conversational interfaces are the best tools for many of the problems that you describe, and even if they were, it's not clear that conversational ai tech is robust enough to handle all of these use cases adequately in a general purpose tool. Can you lay out very clearly the pain points that people are feeling right now? In depth, what are the user flows that people are experiencing right now, and then why is a conversational interface the best solution for each of them?
