There's been a market shift in the estate planning industry with the advent of digital assets. Unlike traditional assets, digital assets are intangible and constantly changing and evolving with new electronic files, devices, online accounts and ever changing credentials.
The problem is today's estate planning solutions have not kept pace and only provide consumers with static solutions that can't effectively address their dynamic digital assets (ie: a Will).
This gap represents a significant opportunity for a dynamic solution that addresses the unique needs of the modern digital estate.
The inherent nature of digital assets, primarily their privacy, public anonymity and sheer volume have created problems for consumers with estate planning.
