It will be difficult for anyone starting their career now. Job security is gone. People have to manage office politics, build networks, and more just to survive.

Honestly, I’ve only started thinking about this problem and not done much research.
I assume someone somewhere has already started building the most promising ideas that strike me :) So I hoped that people on this forum could educate me on existing solutions.
I found an interesting EdTech startup which helps graduates get placed through training programs. Check: https://www.masterschool.com. They also have an interesting outcome-based commercial model.
Better up is certainly a relevant solution. I have something less corporate / B2B where the onus of career building is on each working person. And it should also serve people who offer career services to get paid customers.
