Anxious and shy kids & Adults are in constant fear and lose so much productivity in the world

Suggested by Christian Matthew over 3 years ago

A lot of kids and adults find themselves in socially stressful and anxious situations. This fear hinders their thinking and potential for productivity.

Here are examples:

  • They can't tell stories fluidly because their train of thought keeps going back to whether listeners are satisfied. The story is just ruined.
  • In class, they can't focus on lectures because they're constantly thinking if there is something on their face or if they're sitting correctly.
  • In 1-on-1 work meetings, they might unconsciously try to mimic their boss' pace of speech. If they're not used to speaking fast, their communication and thinking gets all over the place. If they feel comfortable and understand that they should communicate their own way/pace, they would be surprised at how productive they actually are.
  • In networking events, many don't know how to end the conversation after they're done. Then, they have fears of getting into awkward encounters around the room with the person they just said bye to.

But as a lot of people know, many of these people function very, very intelligently at home in private.

Why Now?

AI, ChatGPT, and people's attachment to phones could become a more viable solution than therapy, especially for the low-income population.
