Event and locale focused dating/social experiences
Suggested by about 3 years ago
People lack a real-time, reliable source to gauge the social atmosphere and potential of bars, clubs, and festivals. Are there people I would want to potentially interact with, what is the average age of the crowd, is ____ night the time to go or is it another night, or are there potential dating opportunities there? People crawl through tagged photos of clubs and bars on Instagram to see if it's where they should spend their time. Often at bars or festivals, you meet someone for a brief second and unless you connect in that moment they are gone. These places are often spontaneous, low-commitment opportunities to connect with new people. I often find myself thinking I wish I knew where ___ crowd was going tonight or where I am most likely to run into ____ circle.
Tech has disrupted social interactions and made in-person interactions a stressful and harder thing for the younger generations. What if there was a high-tech and high-touch tool that could lower the commitment and stress barrier while promoting those in-person interactions?
