KAVO360 — Smarter Property Resilience

lightbulb Proposed as an existing solution to Property Resilience Is Fragmented, Reactive, and Difficult to Verify

KAVO360 is building a connected operating layer for property resilience, readiness, maintenance, and recovery.

Today, property owners and the organizations supporting them rely on fragmented information and disconnected processes. KAVO360 aims to change that by connecting property intelligence, preventive action, documentation, incentives, and coordination within one property-centered platform.

At its foundation is a living, address-based property record that brings together information about a property's characteristics, major systems, maintenance history, resilience measures, improvements, and supporting evidence.

KAVO360 is designed to turn that information into meaningful action through several connected capabilities:

  • Resilience and Readiness: Explainable property resilience assessments, personalized recommendations, and actionable improvement pathways.
  • Preventive Maintenance and Repair Planning: Repair Radar helps owners anticipate major system replacements and prepare for potential expenses before they become emergencies.
  • Documentation and Claim Readiness: Organized property records, supporting evidence, and workflows to improve preparedness before and after a loss.
  • Action and Verification: Guided maintenance and mitigation activities, qualified service-provider pathways, and documentation of completed improvements.
  • Education and Incentives: Practical guidance, engagement tools, and partner-supported rewards that encourage meaningful property improvements.
  • Ecosystem Collaboration: Secure, permissioned information and workflows connecting property owners with insurers, governments, regulators, lenders, service providers, and other stakeholders.

Our approach goes beyond identifying property risks. We aim to connect insight, education, action, verification, and incentives so that improvements can be encouraged, documented, and measured over time.

The core property-owner experience is intended to remain free, with a partner-led business model supporting the broader ecosystem.

Current stage: KAVO360 is an incorporated, pre-seed venture preparing for MVP development and initial pilots in selected Florida and Louisiana jurisdictions. We are exploring investment, strategic partnerships, technical collaborations, and pilot opportunities.

Our mission: KAVO360 makes property resilience visible, actionable, and rewarding.
