Forge operates as a contract development shop staffed by apprentice engineers—recent graduates and career-changers looking to level up fast. Each apprentice is paired with a senior engineer mentor who guides them through real client projects, not toy problems.
The focus isn't syntax or small fixes. It's the work that actually matters: architectural decisions, database design, cloud platform selection, system integration, and learning to leverage AI tools effectively rather than being replaced by them.
