I believe blockchain-based candidate tracking tool could revolutionize the recruiting industry by providing an immutable, transparent ledger for tracking candidate submissions and interactions across multiple platforms. Ensuring that recruiters (me having almost a decade of experience) receive proper credit for their efforts, reduces duplicate submissions, and fosters trust among job seekers, recruiters, and employers.
