Job Openings That Reach the Right People And Don't Result in an Influx of Unqualified Applicants
Proposed as an existing solution toLinkedIn removed 87 million scam posts in the first half of 2022, while Indeed removes tens of millions of job listings a month. Job scams have become a popular way for fraudsters to harvest personal data. These scammers profit by selling to marketers, or passing your contact details to a network of criminals who then use your information to scam you further.
Legitimacy needs to be visible, even obvious. This is identity fraud on a massive scale. To secure our future world, we must link singular individuals to accountability so that once abusers are banned, they can’t simply return.

Scams are definitely a major problem, even on LinkedIn. Short of KYC-level verifications, however, I think in-network vouching (and, of course, solutions like TruAnon) can help turn the tide while affirming legitimate third parties.
Agreed. And in addition to scam postings, there are legal but scammy postings that are just wasting candidates time and energy.
