Proposed as a new solution to Lack of effective strengths/personality assessment for startup founders and teams
I work with many teams and have used numerous personality/behavioral assessments (especially Clifton Strengths) The only way I’ve ever seen them make a true difference is when the teams use the assessment as a starting point but are committed to reviewing interactions almost daily to better understand how those characteristics show up and the interactions that result. After weeks (or months) of that type of applied learning, these systems become truly powerful. I’d suggest that this is a daily practice solution. Happy to discuss further if interested.
