Strength/personality proficiency is not transactional

I work with many teams and have used numerous personality/behavioral assessments (especially Clifton Strengths) The only way I’ve ever seen them make a true difference is when the teams use the assessment as a starting point but are committed to reviewing interactions almost daily to better understand how those characteristics show up and the interactions that result.
