Proposed as a new solution to Employer Transparency
Interesting concepts. The best thing we have are things like GlassDoor, which is useful but far from transparent. I read a diatribe on some finance stream about the increasing dissatisfaction between the board room and their ELTs. So, there is almost room here for a 2-sided market, where ELT is held to some disclosures which address the unmet need above, and the board and employees benefit. Maybe if the board pays for it, they attract better talent holistically - if that can proven out in an MVP, that would be the beginning of traction in this concept.
